Our policy lasts 2 hrs. If 2 hrs have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable food items.
1. Frozen Foods are not returnable.
Please check the Frozen Food packet/packets at the time of delivery that they are not tempered with or damaged.
In case you find the packets tempered with or damaged you should not accept the same and return the packet/packets back forthwith.
No return or exchange will be entertained once you have accepted the ordered Frozen Food Packet/packets.
2. For all other cooked Cuisine, to be eligible for return & exchange, the item received by you should be either not consumed or if consumed it should not be exceeding 25% . In the case the quantity consumed is beyond 25%, there will be no refund or exchange applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and receiving the exchange addition delivery charges will be applicable depending on where you live and more so, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
